Chinese President Xi Jinping delivers a congratulatory letter to the 130th China Import and Export Fair (Canton Fair) in Guangzhou, Capital of China, Oct. 14, 2018.

The 130th China Import and Export Fair opened on Thursday in Guangzhou, Guangdong province, under the theme of "Promoting domestic and international double circulation". It is co-hosted by the Ministry of Commerce and the People's Government of Guangdong Province.
